Our Procedure: 1. Acquire the data from your Accounts Payable/Pricing Departments. 2. Initiate an audit plan focusing on many types of overpayments to vendors. 3. Contact the vendors and request refunds. The vendors then pay your company. 4. AP Consultants, Inc. receives a small percentage of the refunds after being collected. 5. When the review is complete we perform an audit analysis pinpointing where errors occurred and submit our findings in a detailed Management Report.
